Amendment 4

Amendment 4

76 Words is one of America’s most diverse political communications firms. Every year, they help to elect and empower the new American majority by connecting voters with political candidates who have their, and the entire United States’, best interests at heart. Their loyalty lies with candidates who harbor progressive visions for the future. Because of this, they are quite selective regarding the candidates they choose to support. There is a specific criteria that 76 Words’ candidates must adhere to. Above all else, they must think selflessly and act with the sole intention of ushering in a new era in American society — one designed for the people and derived from equality.

Amendment 4 on the Florida Ballet asked whether convicted felons who have served their time, been rehabilitated, and fulfilled all of their court orders should have their voting right reinstated. The progressive bill would give those convicted of felony crimes a second chance. The bill would no protect those who were convicted of murder or violent sexual crimes. The people this bill would greatly aid are those who made a single mistake early in their life. If we do not offer these individuals a second chance–if we do not give them the opportunity to reclaim their freedom–then our system does not truly seek to rehabilitate but, rather, to permanently punish.

This project carried particular weight for our production team because of the subject matter. C&I Studios worked with 76 Words to craft a video that focused on the human element behind Amendment 4, interviewing individuals directly affected by felony disenfranchisement and the advocates working to restore their voting rights. Our crew filmed across several Florida locations to capture the breadth of the movement and the diverse communities it touched. The editing process prioritized emotional resonance while maintaining factual clarity, ensuring that the final piece served both as a campaign tool and a lasting document of a pivotal moment in Florida’s civic history. This kind of purpose-driven video production is central to what we do. Learn more about our approach to impactful storytelling through our creative services.
