COI Requirements*
C&I Studios requires a Certificate of Insurance ("COI") for General Liability and Workers Comp Insurance for all Rental types. Event rentals may require additional insurance, including but not limited to Liquor Liability Insurance and Events Insurance. If this documentation is not provided to C&I Studios at least one week prior to the start time of the Rental Event, C&I Studios reserves the right to refuse and cancel the Rental without refund.
