A Neighborhood Comes Home
We followed a community land trust from empty lots to finished homes.
Aerial drone, homebuyer interviews, and the day the ribbon fell all live in one cut.
We flew the neighborhoods from above, sat down with the families moving in, and heard from the county leaders and lenders who made it possible. Every kitchen, every key, and every front door earned its place in the story.
It gives funders and families a reason to believe the mission is real.

Another Ribbon, One Mission
In Broward County we captured a second community land trust as it welcomed families into a brand new building.
We covered the full ribbon cutting, the speeches from city leaders and the mayor, and the interviews that put the mission into the founders’ own words. Then we cut it into a piece that celebrates the day and doubles as a tool for donors.
