Camera
For Cinematic Productions: Arri Camera Systems, Red Camera Systems, Panavision, Film
For Corporate Productions: Arri Camera Systems, Red Camera Systems, Nikon ZR, Sony Venice, Sony FX6, Sony FX9, Sony FX3, Canon C70, C80, C400, and other approved 4k Digital Camera Systems
Frame Rate: 23.976fps unless otherwise stated by the production team
For Interviews: Normally shot with 2 cameras unless otherwise stated by the production team. Generally look for really nice frames, Shallow Depth of Field and background separation.
Talent looks off camera at the interview person. Cameras are shooting into the shadow side of the subject.
Before the interview begins, take a frame of the camera and send it to the production team for approval.
Camera should always run internal sound for reference.
Framing should be as follows:

CAM A – Medium/Wide (cowboy and aware of headroom)

CAM B – Tight (shoulders up and cautious of headroom)
Audio
Boom Mic: Sheops Collete CMC6 or equivalent for indoors, Sennheiser MKH416 with blimp and windscreen for ourdoor work
Lav Mic: DPA600 or equivalent
Record Tracks as a Polyway
Track 1: Boom
Track 2: LAV
We do not want a Left and Right stereo mix
Cameras and mixer should be synced via time code
Smart Slate is required unless otherwise noted

Lighting
For Interviews: Soft lighting for the subject as the key light, going through a softbox, Magic Cloth or other diffusion.
We do not generally light B-roll Footage, unless otherwise stated by the production team.
Photography
Camera: Full Frame Camera with at least 24mp
Files: Shoot RAW & JPEG
