How does the 3-hour minimum work?
Every space is booked in 1-hour increments with a 3-hour floor. If you wrap early, you pay for the booked block. If you go long, additional hours bill at the same rate.
Do you provide crew and equipment?
Yes. In-house DPs, sound mixers, editors, and recording engineers are bookable. Equipment add-ons range from lighting packages to RED bodies and lens kits; we will add these to your quote when you inquire.
Can I hold a date before paying?
We hold dates for 48 hours after the booking form is signed. A 50% deposit secures the date; the balance is due the day of the shoot or event.
Do I need a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. A COI for General Liability and Workers Comp is required for all rental types. Event rentals may require additional insurance, including Liquor Liability and Events Insurance, submitted at least one week before the rental.
Do you have parking and load-in access?
Gated backlot parking for crew and talent, plus vehicle drive-in access for the Production Studio and Event Space.
