What counts as a “small content edit”?

Text changes, swapping an image, updating hours or staff, adding a page section, fixing a link — the quick stuff you would normally have to log in for. Bigger builds are quoted separately or covered by your monthly developer hours.

What happens if my site goes down at 2am?

We are already watching. Our monitoring alerts us the moment your site goes down, and on Growth and Premium you get emergency response so it is handled fast — often before your first customer ever sees it.

Do I have to host with C&I?

No. We can maintain your WordPress site wherever it lives. That said, when we host it too, everything is faster and simpler because we control the whole stack — ask us about bundling.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual plans simply lock in two months free.

What if I need more than my plan’s hours?

No problem — extra work is quoted upfront at your plan’s rate, or you move up a tier. You will never get a surprise bill.
