All Rentals Must Agree To All Terms Below
1. If your event requires a completely empty space and the removal of all C&I Studios' furniture, an additional $250.00 will be charged
2. I understand that I can only arrive at the studio for setup 15 minutes prior to my rental time as stated above. Caterers and decorators must adhere to event times as well. Any additional setup time must be added to the rental time.
3. I understand that if I am selling or serving alcohol I will have to provide liquor liability insurance naming C&I Studios as additional insured. I understand that if alcohol is being sold, then I must present proof of a liquor license.
4. I understand that I will arrive at the studio with all of my equipment unless otherwise rented by C&I Studios. Any additional equipment, limited but not limited to extension cords, tables, chairs, etc. will be added to the invoice.
5. I understand that I can stay up to 15 minutes after my rental without being charged for another full hour. Any additional breakdown time must be added to the rental time.
6. I understand an upcharge fee of $100.00 per hour will be added, in addition to the normal hourly rate, to any rental if the rental time exceeds 12:00 AM (midnight).
7. I understand that if I have 200 people or more attending my event, I must hire and provide my own security and an off-duty police officer may be required to patrol the event.
8. I understand that C&I Studios is not responsible for the temperature of the studio spaces. C&I Studios recommends to keep all bay doors and doors shut during the setup process to keep the AC in the building cool. C&I Studios recommends that rental guest provide a portable AC to maintain a cool environment.
9. I understand that an additional security deposit may be applicable to my event.
10. I understand that C&I Studios is not responsible for parking. Outside of C&I Studios is considered street parking and is open to the public for parking.
11. I understand that there will be an additional fee for overnight storage to hold tables, chairs, etc. for my event. This is for storage use only; event set-up and breakdown is not included.
12. I understand Absolutely no smoking, drugs or illegal substances are allowed inside or on the studio's property. If drugs or illegal substances are used/possessed, the studio rental session will end immediately without a refund, and the rental session will be shut down. Smoking of any kind must be done outside 50 feet away from the studio's property.
13. I understand that I am responsible to leave the studio and surrounding outside streets (parking areas, sidewalks, back street) clean and neat just as it was given to me, furniture put back, all lights, sound system, and equipment off. If not, a $200.00 cleaning fee will be applied. The Renter also agrees that if any equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined or stolen while they are using the studio that they will replace the items or pay repair/replacement costs within 48 hours. Items left after 2 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded.
14. I understand C&I Studios will provide garbage cans, but no garbage bags. Renter is responsible for bringing their own garbage bags.
15. I agree C&I Studios requires all clients to have an active credit card on file. The 50% deposit and security deposit (if applicable) must be paid by credit or debit card. Contracting Client must pay with Credit Card or Debit card for the remaining rental balance the day of their event.
