Grycon is one of the premier builders in Fort Lauderdale, and they recently constructed a beautiful gym at Nova Southeastern University. We were excited to get out there and get some evening shots, as well as some drone shots of the gym. These images show off the pristine construction of the building, but if you show up any normal day of the week, you’ll find it packed with students working out and improving their fitness.

The Manor
Engler Financial Group
The Manor Promotional Campaign
Our drone got quite the workout on this shoot. Commissioned by Engler Financial Group to showcase The Manor Luxury Apartments — one of their newest properties — and the desirable Fort Lauderdale landscape, we took to the skies for some top notch aerial and architectural views.
Back on the ground, we set out to capture the luxurious interiors and lavish amenities these apartments have.
The Manor project showcased the full range of our aerial and architectural production capabilities. Drone cinematography is particularly effective for luxury real estate because it provides the sweeping views and sense of place that static ground-level shots cannot replicate. Our pilots are FAA-certified and experienced in capturing smooth, cinematic movements that highlight both the property and its surrounding landscape. On the ground, our team focused on interior details: the quality of finishes, the natural light flowing through each space, and the lifestyle these apartments offer. Engler Financial Group needed content that would attract discerning buyers, and our crew delivered a complete media package ready for digital marketing, presentations, and print. At C&I Studios, we bring this same level of professionalism to every real estate and architectural video production project. From drone operations to interior photography, our team covers every angle.
Taylor Adair
TAYLOR ADAIR
This is part of a couple of advertising campaigns we worked on for Taylor Adair Swim, a brand of hand crafted swimwear made locally in South Florida.
We took the shoot to the beach and captured several shots during the day to show the multifaceted nature of the brand as well as the unique magic that only exists in our South Florida beaches.
We wanted the campaigns to be cohesive and seamless with one another. We wanted to show the different aspects of the garments with differing sides of the beach. The idea is to present with a video a particular point of view.
Taylor Adair prides themselves in having a multifaceted brand with looks for every occasion and every personality. By handcrafting each suit they make, they manage to really make every piece its own.
Shooting a swimwear campaign on the beach in South Florida comes with its own set of challenges, from shifting natural light to unpredictable weather. C&I Studios planned each session around optimal lighting windows and scouted multiple beach locations to find backdrops that complemented the garments without competing for attention. Our team produced several video assets across the campaigns, each one designed to feel cohesive with the others while showcasing a distinct mood and setting. The result was a library of content that Taylor Adair could deploy across social media, their website, and digital advertising over an extended period. Fashion brands benefit from this kind of long-term content strategy, where a single production yields material that remains relevant season after season. Alex Di Leo

Alexander Di Leo is a a Fort Lauderdale native that has been involved in music his whole life. In High School he co-founded Wyld Fly. With the band, Alexander and his bandmates went on to win the Wicked Winterfest Battle of The Bands at Revolution Live only two years after forming.
They continued to play, opening for names such as Cowboy Mouth and Saigon Kick. Though after High School Wyld Fly split up, Alexander continued his path through the arts continuing on as a solo singer/songwriter project.
To the left are a few music videos we shot live for Alexander at our studio in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The first and second videos were shot for his songs Reasons and Never Letting Go respectively. We did both videos over a few takes at our main studio is Fort Lauderdale.
The Third video was shot during Alex’s set at For the Love Festival, an arts festival hosted by us, ExposedPR, and a number of other local sponsors right on our street in FAT Village within Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Working with Alexander Di Leo across multiple sessions allowed our team to develop a visual style that evolved alongside his music. Each video called for a different approach: the studio sessions for Reasons and Never Letting Go demanded controlled lighting and intimate framing, while the live festival footage required our crew to adapt quickly to an outdoor stage environment with changing conditions. This range is at the heart of what C&I Studios offers to independent musicians. Our video production team handles everything from multi-camera live recordings to fully produced music videos, giving artists professional content they can use across streaming platforms, social media, and press kits. Based in Fort Lauderdale’s FAT Village, our studio is embedded in one of South Florida’s most active arts districts, making it a natural home for emerging talent. Architec Products
Architec Products
We produced this video for Architec Products’ new website. Architec Products, creates homeware products, so we brought them into the studio for a video shoot.
The goal was to accurately communicate the Architec brand is all about. By marrying the concepts found in architecture and engineering to the things we use daily, Architec continues to perfect our time using home products — and ultimately — our lives.
The studio shoot was designed to highlight both the function and the design sensibility of Architec’s product line. We used clean, evenly lit setups to showcase materials and build quality, then layered in lifestyle-oriented shots that placed the products in a real kitchen environment. The result was a video that serves both as a brand introduction and as a practical piece of e-commerce content that helps drive purchase decisions.
Product video production at C&I Studios is built around making physical goods look and feel their best on screen. From kitchen tools to consumer electronics, our team handles lighting, styling, and post-production to deliver assets ready for web, retail, and advertising placements. Washa Live @ C&I Studios
WASHA LIVE @ C&I STUDIOS
Washa Live @ C&I Studios
We did this music video for Washa an independent artist out of Fort Lauderdale. With the idea in mind that inspiration lives to evoke emotion from the depths of the heart and bring to light what may be hidden deep below the surface, we decided to take a slightly different approach with this shoot.
As part of our Live @ C&I concert series, we originally planned to set up in front of our white backdrop and film Washa play as we usually would. We thought, however, that this song might benefit from a different approach.
In order to fortify the feeling behind the song, we decided to create a gloomier setting, creating a more mysterious ambiance. We think that people need a little bit of guidance when it comes to the heart, and working with artists like Washa helps us do just that.
This project reflects a core part of what we do at C&I Studios: finding the right visual language for every piece of music. Rather than defaulting to a standard concert setup, our team assessed the tone of the track and built a lighting and staging concept to match. The result is a performance video that feels as emotionally layered as the song itself. Our Live @ C&I series gives independent artists a professional platform to showcase their work, combining multi-camera video production with careful audio mixing to deliver broadcast-quality content. From concept through final edit, every session is tailored to the artist. If you are a musician looking for a production partner who treats your vision with the same care you put into your music, contact us to learn more about recording at our Fort Lauderdale studio.

Capturing Culinary Standouts for Gold Coast Magazine
Every city has its hidden culinary gems, but someone has to shine a light on them. Gold Coast Magazine has long been that spotlight for Fort Lauderdale’s vibrant dining scene. When they needed a fresh, compelling visual narrative for their annual “Best New Restaurants” feature, our team stepped in to capture the soul of each restaurant and the chefs who bring these dishes to life.
Restaurants are more than menus. They are the lifeblood of local communities and tourist destinations, crafted by people working long hours behind kitchen doors most guests never see. Our goal for Gold Coast Magazine was to photograph not just the food, but the atmosphere, the people, and the passion that make Fort Lauderdale’s culinary scene so rich and ever-changing.
