Athlete brand video production in Tampa, Florida
C&I Studios partnered with Columbia PFG and MLB All-Star Pete Alonso for an athlete brand shoot on the water in Tampa, Florida, turning a full day of fishing into 4K brand content for Performance Fishing Gear.
Our crew ran the bay with Pete and his guide, capturing interview, drone, and b-roll coverage as the day unfolded. A shoot on open water rewards a crew that reads the conditions, and that instinct guided every setup on the boat.

Following Pete on the Water
We shadowed Pete across Tampa Bay in a single day, from the run out of the marina to the first cast on the flats. Drone, gimbal, and handheld 4K, shot to live inside a brand film for Columbia PFG.
Every setup kept him in his element on the water, never staging a moment, only capturing it. The footage feels lived-in and cuts cleanly into a spot, a sizzle, or a social edit.
Light and lean kept us with Pete as the bite turned on, never missing the unscripted moments that make athlete content feel real. Everything came back broadcast-grade and organized for the edit, so the brand could move straight from the field to the cut.
On Tampa Bay
Tampa Bay is the whole story here. The flats, the bridges, and the birds working the water set the scene, and we shot it as a character rather than a backdrop.
We filmed with the patience the water rewards, ready on the run and steady when the rod loaded up, so every frame would earn its place in the final cut.
Our crew worked the way a day on the bay demands, reading the conditions and staying out of the moment. That rhythm is what lets a real day on the water carry a brand film.
