Gluttonomy
Food Is Culture, Captured on Camera
Food Event Video Production Miami
Multi-vendor activation coverage for Gluttonomy
When Gluttonomy partnered with us for their Miami activation, the brief was to blend into the room and walk out with finished promotional content. Our crew worked the floor across food vendors, beverage pours, and live programming, capturing single camera coverage and stills that could ship the same week across the brand’s social, web, and trade channels.
This food event video production Miami project paired discreet on the ground capture with a tight post timeline, the kind of video production services Gluttonomy’s mid-size to enterprise client roster expects.

Food Is Culture, Captured on Camera
When Gluttonomy partnered with us for their Miami activation, the brief was to blend into the room and walk out with finished promotional content. Our crew worked the floor across food vendors, beverage pours, and live programming, capturing single camera coverage and stills that could ship the same week across the brand’s social, web, and trade channels.
Inside the Activation
We arrived ahead of doors and stayed through the last pour. Coverage moved through every vendor station, bites being plated, bottles being poured, brands being introduced. We worked single camera, on camera audio, and one operator threading the room so the activation kept its energy on screen the same way it carried on the floor.
Every frame was lit by the venue, every cut was edited for cadence. This is the kind of food event video production Miami brands lean on when their launch has to look as good on screen as it did in person.
Vendors, Bites, and Pours
The room ran on craft brands and culinary stories. We shot each vendor station as its own micro set, capturing product detail, table activations, and the moments where founders stepped out from behind the booth. The cart, the plate, the pour, the producer in the room with their product, the stills tell that story across every channel Gluttonomy publishes to.

Voices on the Floor
Speakers anchored the night. We tracked each presentation from the back of the room and the front of the crowd, capturing audience reactions and the on stage rhythm in the same pass. Audio rode clean off the venue board so each speaker’s delivery would survive the cut down to social, broadcast, or trade-length deliverables.
By the time the room turned over for the next act, we had complete coverage of the talk, B-roll of the room, and stills of every presenter delivering their key beat. Food event video production Miami clients hire C&I Studios for this kind of dual-channel coverage, where the video and stills team work the same room without crossing each other’s frames.
Ready to Run
Three days after the event closed, Gluttonomy had finished video and photo deliverables sized for every channel the brand owns. The same single camera footage that captured the vendor floor was rebuilt for vertical social, horizontal trade, and stills cuts for press kits.
Food event video production Miami clients hire C&I Studios when they need one crew on the ground who can hand back assets ready to ship, not raw footage to assign somewhere else.
