Morning Light in the Agave Fields
Our first day started before sunrise in the agave fields outside Guadalajara. The morning mist clung to the blue agave plants as jimadores began their work, their practiced hands selecting only the ripest piñas.
We kept our camera movements deliberate and unhurried, matching the rhythm of generations-old harvesting techniques. The challenge was capturing both the physicality of the work and the quiet pride these craftsmen take in their expertise.
