Stinghouse
Agency Video Production
Stinghouse Advertising is an agency, and agencies hire a production company the way a general contractor hires a trade. The creative is already decided. What the agency needs is a crew that can execute it on schedule, in someone else’s building, without the client having to manage anyone.
C&I Studios has done that work for Stinghouse across several of their accounts: a five part philanthropic series for Florida International University, a multi day interview campaign for Baptist Health that ran from Miami to Palm Beach, and production days for Broward College and the Quantum Foundation.
Working With Stinghouse
This reel is cut from behind the scenes footage and finished work across the Stinghouse accounts. Campus shoots, healthcare interviews, a police academy, a lab, a training field. Different clients, different buildings, the same crew structure.
Agency work rewards a production company that shows up with its own answers. Location scouting, permits, talent, hair and makeup, catering, and the drives the footage goes home on are all part of the job before a camera turns over.
Florida International University
Five videos made to support a university fundraising campaign, covering the programs and the people the money actually reaches.
EMBRACE and the Everglades
The series covered areas the university wanted donors to understand rather than simply hear about. EMBRACE, a special educational program for deserving students. How FIU invests its resources to sustain and protect the Everglades. The key figures behind the university’s largest philanthropic donations.
Each video had to stand on its own and still belong to the set. We shot faculty, alumni, and students on campus and in the field, and kept one visual language across all five so the campaign reads as a single piece.
Together the five show the reach of FIU’s global mission and the legacy of future leaders its teaching produces. Stinghouse Advertising brought us in on the strength of a track record producing fundraising video that works, and the schedule was built around the university so classes and campus operations were never disrupted to make it.

Baptist Health
Four shoot days from Miami to Palm Beach, filming physicians, staff, and donors for a healthcare campaign built almost entirely on interviews.
Physicians, Staff, and Donors
Baptist Health runs across South Florida, so the schedule moved with it. Four days spread across August, locations from Miami up to Palm Beach, a mix of interior interviews and outdoor work.
An interview campaign lives or dies on how the subjects look and sound. Physicians came in between shifts. The window we had with each one was short, so the room was lit and the audio was set before anybody sat down.
Beyond the real physicians, staff, and donors, C&I Studios cast and provided five non union talent for the campaign, with exclusivity to Baptist Health across the healthcare category in Florida for two years. Wardrobe, hair and makeup, and the location scout were ours as well.
The client kept their own editor on set and wanted a DIT working alongside the crew, so footage was checked and handed off as the days ran rather than after them. Producer Amy Joy Miller held the schedule across all four days, which is the part of a shoot like this that decides whether the crew ever gets to think about the picture.
