Event Videography

Conferences, galas, trade shows, brand activations, and festivals, filmed by multicamera crews that know how to work a live room.

What We Cover

C&I Studios has filmed live events since 2006, from intimate brand activations to SiriusXM’s Super Bowl LIV live stream. Our event videography crews cover the keynote, the room, and the moments in between without getting in the way of your guests. Every event delivers a full recap film plus social cuts, often the same day, so the content ships while the event is still trending.

Conferences & Summits

Keynotes, breakouts, and panels filmed with clean audio from the house board, plus attendee interviews and a recap that sells next year’s tickets.

Galas & Award Shows

Red carpet arrivals, the program, the speeches, and the room after dark. We light for low ballroom levels so faces still read on camera.

Live Streams

Need the event broadcast live? Our live streaming team runs multicamera streams to YouTube, Twitch, or a private page from the same crew that films the recap.

Built for a Live Room

Events do not get a second take. Our crews scout the venue, walk the run of show with your producer, and place cameras where they catch the stage and the crowd without blocking a single sightline. Audio comes straight from the house board, and a roaming operator catches the reactions that make a recap feel like you were there.

How an Event Shoot Runs

  • 01 The Run of ShowWe start with your agenda. Which sessions matter most, who needs an interview, and where the video will be posted afterward. That sets the crew size and the shot list.
  • 02 Site WalkWe walk the venue or review floor plans, confirm power and audio feeds with the AV team, and lock camera positions before doors open.
  • 03 Event DayMulticamera coverage of the stage, roaming cameras on the floor, and interviews in a quiet corner. A producer stays with your team the whole day.
  • 04 Edit & DeliverySocial highlights can go out the same day. The full recap, session recordings, and interview cuts follow, and all footage is archived in Qubee, the media platform C&I Studios developed.

Highlights While It Is Still Trending

The best time to post about an event is while people are still talking about it. Our editors can turn around social highlights the same day, so your team has vertical clips for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn that night. The full recap film and session recordings follow, all from the same footage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cost depends on hours on site, the number of cameras, and what you need delivered. A single camera recap of a half day event sits at one end, and a multi day conference with stage coverage, interviews, and same day social cuts sits at the other. We quote a flat price after a short call about your run of show.

Most single room events need two or three. One locked on the stage, one on the speaker or the audience, and a roaming camera for the room. Larger conferences with breakouts add a camera for each room.

Yes. We staff a camera and audio feed for each room and label every session, so recordings are easy to find after the event.

Social highlights can go out the same day. Full recap films and session recordings usually follow within two weeks, and we schedule around any deadline you give us.

Yes. Our live streaming team runs from the same crew, so the stream and the recap come from the same cameras.

Yes. Our event photographers can cover stills alongside the video crew, with one point of contact for both.

Yes. Our crews work out of Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, and New York and travel for events across the US.

An event videographer films live events such as conferences, galas, trade shows, and brand activations, then edits the footage into recap films, session recordings, and social clips. C&I Studios provides event videography crews, live streaming, and editing under one roof.
