When you sign up, you will receive a login to a platform that will contain all of your final media. You can download it from there and use it wherever you’d like.
Most of the time, brands leave it with us in case they want for it to be shot again, but we can definitely mail it back to you–just be aware that once models have worn it, it’s not always in pristine condition.
We do have other content creation packages available for clients with one-time media needs. Just reach out to our team for more details!
To be honest, we’ve never had a client not like what we create. Because you have control over the models and you know how the products will be worn, we create a content creation system where you won’t be surprised by the final product. If you still don’t like the end result, tell us what should be fixed so we can get what you are looking for the next month!
Once you agree to move forward, we have a meeting within 3 days to go through any specifics of how you’d like your products styled. We then send you a gallery of models to choose from the same day. Typically, the shoot happens within 8-10 days, and then we edit the images and deliver them by the 20th day. Once you approve them, they’re available on the online platform we use for file delivery.
