We crewed lighting, sound, set design, and post-production under one schedule so every deliverable shares the same look and feel. Wardrobe and styling were planned in advance to give Rusha room to lean into thought-leadership content without ever looking off-brand.

Every clip was edited with each channel’s algorithm in mind: vertical reels for Instagram and TikTok, horizontal cuts for LinkedIn and YouTube, and conversational pull-quotes for thread posts.
