Tavistock Development

White Tavistock Development Company logo

Tavistock Development Company is a global construction firm focused on developing residential and commercial real estate that not only enriches the local community but, ultimately, becomes an icon of the region.

Each project Tavistock Development Company undertakes – regardless of scale – is designed to enhance the landscape in ways that benefit future generations. Their unique ability to maintain a global presence while employing geo-specific techniques that upholds various community standards and respects cultural expectations makes them a leading authority in the industry.

Beach coastline view by water with city in the background

Tavistock Development values architecture that enriches local communities in familiar, yet excitingly new ways. They are currently restoring the iconic Pier Sixty-Six Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Since its opening in 1965, the Pier Sixty-Six Hotel has remained a beacon of Fort Lauderdale living. With outstanding dining, nightlife and residential experiences it has been – and will continue to be – the “Social Harbor of Fort Lauderdale.”

However, as the city continues to experience widespread development throughout the downtown sphere it has become increasingly important to assure locals and natives that the essence of Fort Lauderdale remains intact.

They commissioned us to design and film a branding video that demonstrates this unflinching passion. Our vision was an emotive documentary showcase, spotlighting the life and legacy of Pier Sixty-Six, and the rich heritage attached to its name. In that, we sought to create a branding video that tells of a vibrant new future by highlight an equally colorful history.

The Challenge

Pier Sixty-Six has been a beacon of Fort Lauderdale for over 50 years. In a way, it is synonymous with the local, beach-centric lifestyle. Because of this, we had to celebrate the past in order to successfully point towards the future. This was very important as some locals feel that ongoing development may dilute Fort Lauderdale’s rich heritage. Tavistock Development company thinks differently. That is what we needed to show our audience.

Tavistock Development Company truly believes that no memories of the Pier Sixty-Six will be lost with the restoration. Rather, new memories will be created – valuable memories that will be cherished by future generations just as we are doing so today.

Our message is this:

“Welcome the History. Welcome the Future. Welcome Home.”

Virgil's Root Beer

We liked Reed’s Soda so much that we did a concept shoot with their Virgil’s Root Beer. We maneuvered the soda in different positions – emphasizing what makes it so exceptional: its ingredients.

It’s always a great day for us when we get the opportunity to work with a company that allows us to work with a product we already are in love with.

The concept shoot placed the bottle at the center of carefully styled compositions that emphasized the natural ingredients and craft brewing process behind the product. We experimented with different surfaces, backgrounds, and lighting setups to create a range of images that could serve across packaging, social media, and retail displays. Each arrangement was designed to communicate quality and authenticity without a single word of copy.

Product photography at C&I Studios goes beyond simple documentation. We approach every shoot with the goal of making the product the hero of the frame, using lighting and composition to bring out the details that matter most. For beverage brands like Reed’s, that means capturing the texture, color, and character that set their product apart. See more of our work across the portfolio.

Working with United Way has always been a pleasure for us. The strides they continue to make within our community is palpable. They strive to take on community issues head on by partnering up with schools, government agencies, businesses, organized labor, financial institutions, community development corporations, neighborhood associations, and the faith communities.

United Way has changed our community immeasurably for the better and we want to continue to help that movement prosper in any way we can.

The United Way Broward fundraising calendar project showcased the versatility of our creative team beyond video. C&I Studios brought together graphic designers and visual artists to develop a mixed-media aesthetic that combined watercolor elements with digital design techniques. Each month of the calendar featured original artwork that reflected United Way’s mission and the communities they serve, resulting in a printed piece that donors would want to keep on display throughout the year. Working with nonprofit organizations is something our team takes seriously because the work directly supports community impact. From print design to video production, we bring the same level of dedication to every project. Beanfields Snacks

Beanfields Snacks is a family run company with the primary goal of helping improve the global food supply by creating delicious, plant-based, Non-GMO snacks, with beans as the main ingredient.

Getting its start in 2011, Reed Glidden, his wife Liza Braude-Glidden and Reed’s brother, Roy Glidden put their years of expertise in the in the natural foods industry into Beanfields chips.

They have since grown to be a multi national B Corp certified company, selling their bean and rice chips all over the United States, Canada, Australia and other countries.

They contracted our services to help produce a set of spots for their social media and web output. We did the motion graphics and shot all six spots at our studio in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Producing content for a food brand like Beanfields required our team to combine product photography techniques with motion graphics in a way that felt fresh and engaging. Each of the six spots needed to showcase a different product while maintaining a consistent brand identity across the series. Our studio setup in Fort Lauderdale allowed us to control every variable, from lighting and background to the precise positioning of each product. The motion graphics our team created added an animated dimension that brought the Beanfields brand to life on social media and web platforms. At C&I Studios, we regularly produce this kind of multi-deliverable video production and photography package for food, beverage, and consumer product brands. Having studio space, camera equipment, and a motion graphics team all under one roof means faster turnarounds and more cohesive final products. Whether you need a single hero video or a full campaign suite, our team delivers.

Jailbreak Brewing

Established in 2013, Jailbreak Brewing opened its doors with a goal in mind: to escape the drama that your daily life presents you with.

With a motto that resonates within everyone’s desire to express themselves freely, Jailbreak has brought together a group of professionals with the common interest of creating something different, and dedicating their lives to a bigger whole.

Their 16,000 square foot brewing facility is in full view of their tasting room so that you can witness the future batches being made as you sip on their refreshing brews ready for consumption.

We shot some product photography for a couple of their beers, with their aesthetic and overall company in mind.

Product photography for craft breweries comes with its own set of challenges. Each can and bottle has a distinct design language, and the photography needs to communicate the brand’s personality while making the product look appealing on shelves and screens alike. For Jailbreak Brewing, we focused on clean compositions and controlled lighting that brought out the detail in their label art and the color of their brews. Our team at C&I Studios has extensive experience in product photography for food and beverage brands, understanding that these images often serve as the first point of contact between a consumer and a product. Getting the lighting, background, and styling right is not optional; it is the difference between a scroll and a sale. From single-product hero shots to full catalog spreads, we approach every shoot with precision and a clear understanding of how the images will be used. Contact us to discuss your next product photography project.

Engler Financial Group
The Manor Promotional Campaign

Our drone got quite the workout on this shoot. Commissioned by Engler Financial Group to showcase The Manor Luxury Apartments — one of their newest properties — and the desirable Fort Lauderdale landscape, we took to the skies for some top notch aerial and architectural views.

Back on the ground, we set out to capture the luxurious interiors and lavish amenities these apartments have.

The Manor project showcased the full range of our aerial and architectural production capabilities. Drone cinematography is particularly effective for luxury real estate because it provides the sweeping views and sense of place that static ground-level shots cannot replicate. Our pilots are FAA-certified and experienced in capturing smooth, cinematic movements that highlight both the property and its surrounding landscape. On the ground, our team focused on interior details: the quality of finishes, the natural light flowing through each space, and the lifestyle these apartments offer. Engler Financial Group needed content that would attract discerning buyers, and our crew delivered a complete media package ready for digital marketing, presentations, and print. At C&I Studios, we bring this same level of professionalism to every real estate and architectural video production project. From drone operations to interior photography, our team covers every angle.

Paradisio Del Mar

We were hired by Sotheby’s International Realty to shoot a video promoting Paradisio Del Mar, one of the most unique oceanfront, intercoastal estates in Florida. Sotheby’s is a luxury real estate brokerage agency that offers a collection of luxury homes, estates, and properties for sale throughout the world.

We shot this is one day using everything from jet skis to helicopters to get different views of the property. Sotheby’s focuses on finding the finest homes for its customers, worldwide, with choices to match any kind of lifestyle.

The production required careful planning to capture the full scope of this extraordinary estate in a single shoot day. We deployed ground crews, watercraft-mounted cameras, and aerial units to showcase the property from every angle. The intercoastal views, private dock, and architectural details all received dedicated attention. The final edit wove these perspectives into a cohesive story that communicated both the scale and the intimacy of the home.

Luxury real estate demands video production that matches the caliber of the property being presented. C&I Studios works with brokerages and developers to produce content that moves high-value listings. From aerial cinematography to polished interior walkthroughs, our team delivers assets that perform across web, social, and presentation settings. Browse more of our work in the portfolio.

3D Renderings

It’s a fun exercise in creativity to imbue an abstract idea with a grounded aesthetic. Working in unison with United General Building, we have managed to give life to the blueprints, turning them to illustrious renderings depicting the future vitality of the homes they’ll soon inhabit in our neighborhood of Victoria Park, FL.

These experiences allow us to explore the furthest reaches of our #uncreativity, while allowing us to add our grain of sand to our ever-growing community.

The 3D rendering process involved close collaboration with the United GBC architecture and design teams. We translated floor plans and elevation drawings into fully realized interior and exterior visualizations, complete with lighting, materials, and landscaping. Each rendering was produced at a resolution suitable for large-format print, investor presentations, and digital marketing.

Architectural visualization is one of the specialized creative services C&I Studios offers to developers and construction firms. Photorealistic 3D renderings help sell a vision before ground is broken, giving buyers and investors a tangible sense of the finished product. Our team works from blueprints through final delivery, handling every stage of the visual development. View more of our work in the portfolio.

Art of Recruiting Docufilm

ART OF RECRUITING DOCUFILM

Art of Recruiting and similar docufilms, we host live educational forums that promote honest dialogue and the spread of new ideas, and we capture them on film in a way that is both dynamic and real.

These docufilms will stand as modern chronicles of our time, documenting this historical shift in the industry’s ideology for people to view and learn from well into the future.

Our ultimate goal: to spearhead a global community of recruitment professionals who feel informed and empowered to make a positive impact in their careers and in their daily lives.

The production approach for this docufilm series centered on capturing real conversations as they unfolded. Multiple camera setups allowed us to shift between speakers and audience reactions without interrupting the flow of the event. We supplemented the live footage with sit-down interviews, giving participants the space to reflect on key themes in a more controlled setting.

Documentary-style video production requires a team that can think on its feet while maintaining cinematic quality. C&I Studios has produced docufilms, panel captures, and conference content for clients across multiple industries. These projects serve as lasting educational resources long after the event ends. Architec Products

We produced this video for Architec Products’ new website. Architec Products, creates homeware products, so we brought them into the studio for a video shoot.

The goal was to accurately communicate the Architec brand is all about. By marrying the concepts found in architecture and engineering to the things we use daily, Architec continues to perfect our time using home products — and ultimately — our lives.

The studio shoot was designed to highlight both the function and the design sensibility of Architec’s product line. We used clean, evenly lit setups to showcase materials and build quality, then layered in lifestyle-oriented shots that placed the products in a real kitchen environment. The result was a video that serves both as a brand introduction and as a practical piece of e-commerce content that helps drive purchase decisions.

Product video production at C&I Studios is built around making physical goods look and feel their best on screen. From kitchen tools to consumer electronics, our team handles lighting, styling, and post-production to deliver assets ready for web, retail, and advertising placements. Finn Partners | Get a Taste of Jamaica

Taste of Jamaica

19NH39 lights above the exit.

The South Beach Food and Wine Festival takes place in Miami every year. However, they are trying to take this culinary celebration international.  The first extension was planned for a Taste of Jamaica, so for this year’s food and wine festival featured Jamaican cuisine. The South Beach Food and Wine Festival invited Jamaica’s most famous chefs to take over the festival and treat guests to a night of Caribbean flavors. We were asked to film the event.

Our mission was to capture the spirit of Jamaica at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival. They wanted a video that you could almost get a taste of Jamaica in every shot. The magic and success of this video lie in the post-production editing work and our equipment. We used awesome RED cameras capable of filming stellar shots in low light. Our cameras and camera work really preserved the color and atmosphere of the event. During post-production, we used a quick editing style to capture the vibe and pace of the event. This is why the video is so lively as if you are actually there.

We pulled off some magic to capture this story and tell an accurate narrative of the life and energy of the South Beach Food and Wine Festival in Miami. Perhaps we will be invited to Taste of Jamaica by Finn Partners again to help tell the next chapter of this exciting culinary saga.

Event coverage at this level requires both preparation and the ability to adapt in the moment. C&I Studios brought RED cameras and a skilled crew to the South Beach Food and Wine Festival knowing that low-light conditions and a fast-moving environment would test our equipment and our team’s instincts. We planned key shots in advance while leaving room to capture spontaneous moments that gave the final video its authentic energy. The post-production editing style was deliberately upbeat, matching the tempo of the festival itself. Working with Finn Partners on this project reinforced our belief that the best event videos do more than document what happened; they transport the viewer into the experience. If you are planning an event and want coverage that captures the full atmosphere, explore our video production and photography services.

Purebred Breeders

This is a commercial we shot for Purebred Breeders. They have put their efforts into helping families find their new family member by putting together a set of screening services that make sure the breeders you deal with are ones you can trust.

They make certain the puppies coming to their respective new families undergo thorough health screening by their veterinarians shortly before getting adopted.

Purebred Breeders simply assists you with making sure future puppy parents are well informed and ready to provide their new family member with the needed love and care they deserve.

Creating a commercial for Purebred Breeders meant telling a story that connects emotionally with families looking to welcome a new pet into their home. Our production team focused on capturing genuine moments between the talent and the animals, because authenticity is what makes this kind of content resonate with viewers. From casting and location scouting to final color grading, every stage of the process was designed to present Purebred Breeders as trustworthy and caring. At C&I Studios, we understand that a well-produced commercial is often the first impression a potential customer has of a brand. That is why our video production process is thorough and collaborative, ensuring the final product aligns with the client’s message and audience. We have produced commercials across industries including pet services, healthcare, hospitality, and consumer products. Each project benefits from the same level of planning and execution. Ranger Good Works

Ranger Good Works is a nonprofit charity associated with Ranger Technical Resources in Fort Lauderdale. Their mission is to close the education gap separating school districts.

How do they achieve this? By supporting underfunded institutions across South Florida “through community outreach, donations, volunteering, technology distribution, marketing efforts, software services, and connections.”

RESULTS

Technology and Proficiency

Computer coding is a present-day skill, designed for the future.

We live in a Digital Age, and our education system needs to participate in this.

Computer technologies are a requirement for standard education, today. Students without access to computer technologies are more likely to fall behind their peers in testing and reading proficiency. But we have to realize that…

Not every school is funded equally.

Technology is expensive. In some areas, it is hard to justify spending on computers when other, more immediate expenses need to be addressed (like school lunches). Computers (a whole classroom’s full, to be exact) are just not in every school’s budget.

Unfortunately, it is the children who suffer these shortcomings.

Ranger Good Works recognizes this. They support the community by supplying underfunded schools with great learning materials. They believe that every child deserves an equal education… and they’re right.

The Hour of Code

The Hour of Code is an international initiative that promotes the importance of computer science in young learners.

We joined Ranger Good Works and a sea of volunteers to provide exciting, challenging learning opportunities for over 800 deserving kids at Dillard Elementary because we, too, believe that effective community outreach serves to empower individuals and groups.

Volunteering our marketing services meant helping Ranger Good Works fulfill their mission for the community. It was a no-brainer. Providing the means for disadvantaged youth to overcome present and future obstacles was a great honor.

TRULY GREAT HOMES

603 E Calle Laureles, Santa Barbara, California

Santa Barbara, California. The pinnacle of luxury and beauty, where homes are more than just a place to live, their a work of art.

Truly Great Homes commissioned a video and some photography for this house is tucked away in the hills. It is lavish in every detail of its design: from the cobblestone driveway to the large windows adorning the living room.

This property spent no expense in terms of aesthetics or comfort. Stacked with views, a balcony, and hardwood floors, this home is a haven in the mountains for anyone who fancies it.

Producing content for luxury real estate in Santa Barbara meant adapting to the unique character of the property and its surroundings. Our crew traveled to capture both the grandeur of the home and the natural beauty of the hillside setting. Drone footage revealed the sprawling layout and views that ground-level cameras simply cannot convey, while interior shots emphasized the craftsmanship in every room. Truly Great Homes trusted C&I Studios to deliver media that matched the caliber of their listings, and our team delivered a complete package of video production and photography ready for web, print, and social media use. High-end property marketing demands precision in every detail, from the time of day we shoot exteriors to the lens choices that make interiors feel spacious yet intimate. We work with realtors, developers, and property managers across the country to create visual assets that attract qualified buyers and elevate their brand.

Land Rover UK Savage Defender

Automotive Film Production for an Iconic Machine

Land Rover Defender Video Production by C&I Studios

Our Land Rover Defender video production for Savage Defender brings the iconic vehicle to American audiences. This was incredible to make and be a part of. We hosted a Defender inside the studio during New Years in honor of its USA debut. This machine from Land Rover drips power and sex appeal, so we made a video to match its characteristics and show off the details of the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

The time lapse within the video was the actual New Years “Lets Get Weird” event we held with the Defender as the centerpiece. We treated it the way it deserves: as a machine with presence and heritage. The shoot combined tight detail work on the interior leather, gauges, and bodywork with wider angles that showed the vehicle commanding our studio floor.

The Land Rover Defender has always represented something different in the automotive world. It is built for function, engineered for durability, and designed with a visual identity that stands apart from anything else on the road. When Savage Defender approached us about introducing the vehicle to American audiences, we knew the production had to reflect that same standard. We designed every shot to communicate the weight, craftsmanship, and raw presence of the Defender without relying on gimmicks or overproduction.

Cinematic Detail Work

This Land Rover Defender video production captures every detail of the vehicle. The time-lapse sequence from the New Year’s event added a layer of atmosphere and energy that a standard product shoot could not replicate. Our team combined tight macro work on the MOMO steering wheel, quilted leather interior, and riveted body panels with wider cinematic angles that captured the Defender’s commanding studio presence.

Our pre-production planning ensured every camera setup was mapped to specific vehicle details, maximizing the limited time we had with the Defender in studio while delivering a diverse range of content from a single production.

Studio Lighting and Camera Work

Filming the Land Rover Defender required a controlled studio environment where we could shape light to reveal the vehicle’s most compelling details. We used a combination of hard and soft lighting to create the dramatic contrast visible throughout the piece. The MOMO steering wheel and quilted leather interior were filmed with macro lenses to capture texture and craftsmanship that wider shots would miss. For the exterior, we positioned key lights to catch the riveted body panels and the distinctive Defender silhouette that has defined the vehicle for decades. The entire photography approach prioritized the intersection of industrial design and luxury that makes the Defender unique in the automotive market. Our studio in Fort Lauderdale provided the controlled space needed for this level of precision, with full rigging capabilities and a team experienced in automotive commercial production.

Capturing Culinary Standouts for Gold Coast Magazine

Every city has its hidden culinary gems, but someone has to shine a light on them. Gold Coast Magazine has long been that spotlight for Fort Lauderdale’s vibrant dining scene. When they needed a fresh, compelling visual narrative for their annual “Best New Restaurants” feature, our team stepped in to capture the soul of each restaurant and the chefs who bring these dishes to life.

Restaurants are more than menus. They are the lifeblood of local communities and tourist destinations, crafted by people working long hours behind kitchen doors most guests never see. Our goal for Gold Coast Magazine was to photograph not just the food, but the atmosphere, the people, and the passion that make Fort Lauderdale’s culinary scene so rich and ever-changing.

Showcasing Fort Lauderdale’s Culinary Pulse

Gold Coast Magazine’s Best Restaurants and chef features capture Fort Lauderdale’s dining scene as it really feels right now. Our video and photos pull readers into these kitchens and dining rooms long before they ever sit down.

This kind of video production and photography keeps the story going long after the magazine hits the stands. It gives restaurants images that stay in people’s heads and push them to book a table at that place they’ve been meaning to try. Good visuals make people curious. And in the case of food photography, they also make them hungry.

Helium Creative

Helium Creative

Helium Creative is a design agency that we have worked with in the past. We’re actually neighbors here in FAT Village, so getting asked to be behind the camera for this project was very special to us.

We love creativity in the workplace and so does Helium Creative, which made filming their company profile all the fun we could have imagined it would be.

We love it when we get the opportunity to work with other local art communities that strive impact our community in the same way we do.

We firmly believe that we should solidify and fortify bonds with companies who are trying to achieve our same dreams and desires.

It is our belief that community comes before all, and the work we’ve been able to do with Helium Creative is the perfect example of the creative juggernaut our community continues to become.

The company profile video captured the energy and craft that define Helium Creative’s workspace. We spent time in their studio documenting the design process, the collaborative discussions, and the physical space itself. The final edit balanced interview-style commentary from the team with observational footage that let the environment tell its own story. Natural light and minimal staging kept the piece feeling honest.

Company profile videos are a core offering within C&I Studios’ creative services. We believe the best brand films come from genuine curiosity about the people and processes behind the business. For agencies, studios, and creative firms, that means stepping back and letting the work speak. Visit our portfolio for more examples of corporate storytelling done right.

Basil Hayden's Bourbon Whiskey

Basil Hayden is one finest bourbon whiskeys on the market today. Owned by the Jim Beam Brands Company, Basil Hayden prides themselves in everything that is handmade specifically with the finest ingredients available. Keeping that in mind, we approached this spot with a mindset of handcrafted precision and care.

We asked our friend Alicia Rose, who bartends at our Next Door location, to mix one of our specialty cocktails: The William Shakespeare. We like to build everything we do from the ground up in order to make sure we apply our high standards to the details of what we do, so collaborating with a brand like Basil Hayden is always a pleasure.

Every detail in the spot was considered: the speed of the pour, the texture of the garnish, the way the glass catches the light. We shot at a deliberate pace, letting each step of the cocktail build breathe on screen. The goal was to mirror the care that goes into both the bourbon and the drink it inspires. The final piece works equally well as a social media asset and as in-bar digital signage.

Product-focused video production at C&I Studios is about elevating the subject through precise lighting, camera movement, and editorial choices. For beverage brands, we bring a sensory-driven approach that makes viewers feel the quality before they ever taste the product. To start a conversation about your next production, contact us.
