Our relationships with neighboring businesses, and our bond with the artists and people who come alongside us to further our shared mission is one of our strongest connections to the community.

At the end of every month, we help put on an Art Walk for the city of Fort Lauderdale. At each Walk, we like to set up a live photoshoot around a theme. We called this one called Gears & Gals.
Next Door @ C&I Grand Opening
Next Door was born of wanting a place so specific we had to build it ourselves. We wanted a place that felt timeless with a lining that was obviously modern.
The Things We Did Last Summer
At the end of each month, we help put on Fort Lauderdale's Art Walk. The theme for the June 2013 Art Walk was "The Things We Did Last Summer."
